🛍️ Orders

How do I place an order? Add the desired products to your cart, fill in the shipping details, and choose your payment method. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing the order.

Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it? Orders can only be modified or canceled if they have not yet been processed. Please contact us as soon as possible at officevioletta@gmail.com or 0784 286 301.

How do I know my order has been confirmed? You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing the order. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, please check your Spam folder or contact us.


🚚 Delivery

What are the delivery times?

  • Romania: 1-3 business days
  • European Union: 5-8 business days

How much does delivery cost?

  • Romania: 19 lei
  • European Union: 90 lei

Which courier will deliver my order? We work with Fan Courier, DPD, Cargus, GLS, and Sameday. The assigned courier may vary depending on your area.

How do I track my order? After dispatch, you will receive an email with the AWB number to track your package on the courier's website.


🔄 Returns and exchanges

How long do I have to return a product? You have 14 days from receiving the package to request a return.

How do I initiate a return or exchange? Directly from your account on violetta.ro, in the "My Orders" section.

Who bears the return costs? Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

How soon will I receive my money back? Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the returned product.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all payment methods available on the site, processed securely.

Is online payment secure? Yes, all transactions are processed through secure systems. Your card data is not stored on our servers.

Are the products authentic? Yes, all Violetta products are 100% authentic and carefully selected for their quality.
